I like road trips.  I like the idea of going somewhere I´ve never been before, and exploring new places. It makes me feel good, in some twisted way. And when you go roadtripping, you´re almost guaranteed to see a lot of weird things. Like in this picture, for example. Me and the black-and-white-ninja Andris drove out to an island outside Trondheim called Hitra,spotting locations, and came to this place. For the norwegian-impeared readers, the sign says “open station”. Even this wide-angle shot does not frame the entire scene, a huge open space of gravel, with a gas-pump sticking out in the middle, with a credit card terminal. And that´s it. Just in the middle of nowhere. Weird and funny, I think. But then again, I am a bit weird myself too. Are you weird?
